Tea sourcing is managed through auctions, as well as family and partner factories. We procure tea from various regions and producers to ensure consistent taste and quality standards for our customers.

Yes, Sartaj Tea has currently discontinued its Pouch Classic Tea (temporary discontinued) due to improvements in quality and packaging standards. We are in the process of introducing a new product that will replace Classic Tea, offering enhanced quality and upgraded packaging.
